Our Sherwood box section legs are manufactured using 75 x 25 ERW mild steel tube which is a British standard and recommended for furniture manufacture.
All legs are welded in a fixture to ensure repeat accuracy. The legs are fully welded to ensure maximum strength.

The 6mm thick fixing plates are pre-drilled with 6mm dia holes every 100mm and there are 2 rows.
